One-on-one support
Divorce Coaching
Divorce is one of the hardest things a person goes through. Sometimes you don't need a lawyer or a mediator — you need someone who's been through it, understands the process, and can help you think clearly when everything feels overwhelming.
What is divorce coaching?
Divorce coaching is a structured, one-on-one service that helps individuals navigate the divorce process — emotionally, logistically, and strategically. It's not therapy, and it's not legal advice. It's practical, personalized support from a professional who understands both the legal landscape and the human experience of divorce.
What I cover
- Understanding your options and what the divorce process looks like
- Preparing for conversations with your spouse, your attorney, or your mediator
- Managing the emotional weight of the process without letting it derail your decisions
- Co-parenting planning and communication strategies
- Getting organized: finances, documents, timelines
- Setting realistic expectations for outcomes
Who it's for
- Individuals who aren't sure yet whether they want a divorce but want to understand what it would look like
- People going through divorce who feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsupported
- Anyone who wants a knowledgeable, neutral guide — not a cheerleader, not an advocate, just honest help
Available to individuals in all 50 states (remote sessions).
Flat-fee coaching packages
Coaching is sold in packages so you know the total cost upfront. Each package has a time window — not to rush you, but because momentum matters. People who work through this on a schedule tend to get to the other side faster than people who don't.

Looking for help with the legal side?
If you're in California and want to resolve your divorce itself, divorce mediation handles the process end to end. If you want individual legal advice, see consulting attorney services.
Divorce coaching is not legal representation and does not create an attorney-client relationship. While Jeremy is a licensed California attorney, coaching clients do not receive legal advice about their specific case, and coaching is available in all 50 states regardless of where you live. If you need legal advice, you should consult an attorney licensed in your state.
